Low-calorie diet


Low-calorie diet: a menu for the week

1st day: 5 boiled potatoes in their skins, 0.5 liters of yogurt
Day 2: 200 g sour cream, yogurt 0,5 l
3rd day: 200 g cottage cheese, yogurt 0,5 l
Day 4: 0.5 kg of boiled chicken (no salt), 0.5 liters of yogurt
Day 5: 1 kg of apples, carrots, or 0.5 kg, or 300 grams of prunes, 0.5 liters of yogurt
Day 6: 1 liter of yogurt
Day 7: 1 liter of mineral water without gas

These products are evenly divided into two meals: one no earlier than 1 hour after sleep, the second - no later than 1800. Of course, all products are selected subject to the minimum fat content.
