Cottage cheese and milk per day: 800 g and 400 g of milk fat-free yogurt is divided into 5-6 meals.
Yoghurt day: 1.5 liters of low-fat yogurt in 6-8 techniques, ie, every 2-3 hours.
Apple Day: 1.5 kg of apples during the day.
